We have a choice of sessions that run for 1hr or 2hrs. Our Jungle Monsters sessions are for 1hr from 9am during half term and weekends. ASD Sessions are available on Mondays are also 1hr. All other sessions are for a duration of 2hrs. All sessions will end approximately 10mins before the hour to allow us to clear the park ready for the next session to start.

It’s a good idea to book in advance. Although, you can turn up on the day and pay on entrance if there is availability. We always advise booking in advance to avoid disappointments, some of our sessions sell out very quickly.

We sure do, we have a range of hand cooked foods from pizzas to kids’ meals to keep the hunger at bay while you enjoy your visit. We also stock an array of refreshments from pop, slushes, coffees and of course water. Please see our full Menu here

Yes, adults are required to purchase a ticket. This is required so we can track the number of adults accompanying their children and prevent overcrowding at the tables within the seating area. For example, we would expect 1 or 2 adults to attend with their children. This is to reduce the likelihood of parents bringing multiple family members to the venue needlessly taking up the space which could be used by another paying family.

It’s possible that we can move your booking for you dependent upon the circumstances and availability of the session. But, once your ticket has been bought, we cannot refund it.

Yes, we do. We provide a party like no other. It comes with a 1-hour session in the park, a dedicated party host, a 45mins private party room as well as great fresh food. We have a range of add-ons from sweet cones, photo booths, bubble machine and ice cream to include to your party at an additional cost.
